Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with MakeAICV. This policy explains when you can get a refund. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our merchant of record, so approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that charge. This applies to all paid plans — the monthly plan, the 7-day pass (weekly), and the annual plan. We may decline refunds in cases of apparent abuse (for example, requesting a refund after heavy use of paid AI features).
2. Cancellations & renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to use, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review it in good faith.
3. 7-Day Pass
The 7-day pass gives full Pro access for 7 days at an introductory price and then renews as a monthly Pro subscription. To avoid the renewal charge, cancel before the 7 days end. The 7-day money-back guarantee above covers your first charge, and if you were charged for the monthly renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review it in good faith.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] (or use our contact page) with the email address used for the purchase and, if possible, your Paddle order or receipt number. You can also request a refund directly from the receipt email sent by Paddle. We aim to respond within a few business days.
